This month we catch up with Hasnain Naveed, Regional Business Development Manager for PTSG’s dedicated steeplejack company, Pendrich.
At work
I manage a myriad of key accounts on behalf of Pendrich Height Services Ltd, mainly FMs. Daily activities include: contact with clients, nurturing relationships, weekly and monthly meetings with business associates in various organizations, assisting with contracts, liaising with commercial managers and working closely with all office colleagues.
My role really focuses on expanding the business into a range of sectors and developing long-term relations with customers by providing an excellent service.
At home
In my free time I study and learn religious material that assists me in my day-to-day interactions and also helps me to keep composed at all times providing mental and spiritual firmness.
A lot of my time outside work is spent with my two little ones, but I also deliver a lecture every fortnight to a group of people, mainly the youth, on presence and development of the mind.
