This month we catch up with Karl Bell, Senior Labour Controller from our Electrical Testing team. Karl was voted Employee of the Month in May for putting in a solid performance since his promotion and supporting other members of the team, including management.
At work
I pride myself on doing a great job and enjoy building relationships with clients and colleagues. Having recently stepped up to a senior role, I am not one to avoid a difficult decision or conversation! PTSG is a fast-moving company and my ability to problem-solve in high-stress environments is a good fit for the company.
At home
When I am not out catching Pokémon or playing football with my little son Max, then I enjoy being around friends and family. Getting out and about, exploring the countryside, eating lots of great food and washing it down with few non-alcoholic beverages 😉
