PTSG has also developed the Lateral Access System in response to an increasing number of customers asking for its teams to undertake specialist services such as painting, repairing or cleaning the underside of roofs for a variety of structures such as sports stadia, airport hangars, manufacturing sites and hospitals.
The benefits are:
- it can be installed to the underside of roof canopies, fragile roofs and attic spaces;
- it can be installed above plant and machinery;
- it can be used without any disturbance to maintenance tasks such at ground level; and
- it is ideal for use in environments where access is restricted.
PTSG’s engineers are also qualified and experienced in using other access equipment such as scaffolding and MEWPs, when the constraints of a particular site mean that they offer an advantage over rope access.
