Welcome

Welcome to Inside PTSG.

July proved to be the hottest on record in many parts of the UK. This has many implications of all kinds for businesses in all sectors. Our Water Treatment division issued advice for building owners on how to minimise the risk of their water systems becoming contaminated. Temperatures between 20°C and 45°C provide the ideal conditions for legionella bacteria to grow and multiply. Our engineers are on hand to provide expert help.

Summer is also the off-season for football clubs throughout the UK. Engineers from PTSG BAS Ltd have been on site at Celtic Park, home of Celtic Football Club in Glasgow. They have been delivering structural inspections and painting the steel support purlins to the underside of the East stand. This month’s Project has more details.

PTSG is privileged to work with some truly unique and spectacular buildings. This month, Extraordinary buildings describes the work of specialists from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd.

I wish you all the very best and look forward to keeping you informed of further updates from the business.

Best wishes

Paul Teasdale
