PTSG is heading to Wales this week after Electrical Compliance & Safety Ltd (ECS) was shortlisted for Best Supplier to the Social Housing Sector at the 2026 Safety & Compliance Awards.
Cara Batey, Sales Director for PTSG Electrical Services, and Paul McLoughlin, Operations Director at ECS, will represent the business at the awards ceremony at ICC Wales in Newport on Tuesday evening.
Part of PTSG’s Electrical Services division, ECS was shortlisted for its work with Amplius, one of the UK’s largest housing providers, managing around 15,000 homes.
The team’s digital-first approach has helped clear an EICR backlog and strengthen compliance, achieving a 98% first-time fix rate, with remaining repairs completed within four working days. This has reduced repeat visits, costs and disruption for residents.
Tom Purdy, Head of Asset Compliance at Amplius, praised ECS as a reliable and proactive partner, highlighting its capacity, communication and technical consistency.
The winner will be announced on Tuesday evening.
