Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has announced four senior appointments this week to support growth, strengthen financial performance and integrate recent acquisitions.
Claire Tisch joins as Director of Finance Improvement, while Ryan Spanswick and Neil Cook become Finance Directors for Water Treatment and Fire Solutions respectively. Craig Ward also strengthens the Water Treatment leadership team as its new Sales Director.
Claire joins from Unity Consulting, having already supported PTSG’s finance improvement projects and legal entity rationalisation programme. She will lead improvements across the finance function, simplifying ways of working and strengthening support for the Group.
Ryan will work with the Water Treatment leadership team to deliver its growth strategy and improve divisional performance. Neil moves from his role as CFO of IDSL Group to lead finance across Fire Solutions, supporting acquisition integration and strengthening financial performance.
Craig’s appointment follows PTSG’s acquisition of Neptune Compliance on 30 September 2026. As Neptune’s Managing Director, he brings extensive expertise in water hygiene, Legionella risk management and water treatment, alongside strong commercial leadership.
He now takes commercial responsibility for PTSG Water Treatment, a business approximately three times Neptune’s scale. His focus will be on strengthening customer relationships, developing new opportunities and increasing cross-selling.
Together, the appointments strengthen PTSG’s leadership and give talent from acquired businesses greater scope to contribute to the Group’s growth.
