Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is providing specialist high-level services as part of the refurbishment and extension of 72 Broadwick Street, a part-office, part-residential 1970s block at the eastern gateway to Carnaby Street.

72 Broadwick Street provides 54,100 square feet of office accommodation let to the National Magazine Company, eleven apartments and a large basement car park. The property includes over 11,000 square feet of residential space. The existing building dates back to 1970s and has been used as offices, retail and residences on the fifth and sixth floors.

Engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will install the façade and roof access systems at the newly extended building. As one of PTSG’s four business divisions, PTSG Access & Safety Ltd provides a range of at-height services to safeguard building operatives performing a range of services on the exterior of buildings.

PTSG’s engineers can access all areas of a building safely, quickly and often without the need for scaffolding, to perform a range of services. In addition to installing and servicing fall arrest and access maintenance equipment, the Group also supplies high-level cleaning, reparation and decoration works. These services improve both the aesthetic appearance and the structural integrity of the buildings.
