Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to provide Specialist fire solutions for the new Moda Springside development in Edinburgh.
In a contract with FES Group, the main contractor which offers buildings service solutions across a wide variety of market sectors, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver residential sprinkler protection at the new Moda Living Springside development in Edinburgh.
Moda Living Ltd is a London-based British property development company focused on the private rental sector. Springside is a multi-award winning urban village located in Fountainbridge, in Scotland’s capital. Creating a new neighbourhood in the city, Springside will be home to 476 rental apartments, shops, bars, restaurants, extensive parks and a public square.
PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd has now been involved in all four of Moda Living’s main developments within the UK to date.
