Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver specialist services at a development of prestigious retirement flats in one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
Chelsea Court is a mansion block containing retirement apartments in Elm Park Gardens at the heart if The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The £2.4 million project consists of mechanical and electrical installation and testing.
Works, which started in March 2020, include a complete rewire of all lateral mains, complete electrical rewire and heating system installation for 62 existing flats and fixed mains testing.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a lightning protection system at the building.
