Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a build-to-rent apartment development under construction in the Surrey town of Leatherhead.
The c£71m scheme will be the first operational build-to-rent project in the town and is close to the shopping and hospitality of the centre of Leatherhead, as well as the River Mole Nature Reserve, and Leatherhead Park. On completion it will offer residents 214 one, two and three-bed apartments, including 36 affordable homes to rent.
The site was formerly Leatherhead Food just next to the Police Federation, Highbury Drive and The Square in a mixed commercial-residential area close to the station and town centre. There have been many positive comments about Leatherhead and the regenerative nature of the development and the wider drivers of demand for modern rental accommodation.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a brand-new lightning protection system at the development, providing protection for both buildings and users alike in the event of an electrical storm.
