Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a specialist building access project for Marks and Spencer.

The Group’s team of specialists attended the branch of Marks and Spencer in Southend-on Sea, the resort town on the Thames Estuary in Essex. Southend-on-Sea is home to the world’s longest pleasure pier, built in 1830 and stretching some 1.34 miles (2.16 km) from shore. The Marks and Spencer store is situated on the town’s high street, just a short walk from the sea front. It offers customers a range of services including Clothing and Home, Bra Fitting and Café.

PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd, one of five specialist divisions of PTSG, more commonly delivers specialist cleaning, refurbishment and installations to the exterior of commercial and residential buildings. However, its versatile team can also deliver bespoke services. In this project, following roofing works carried out by PTSG, its operatives were asked to carry out some internal decorations to return the interior to a first-class condition after water damage.
