Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has a team of engineers installing vital access and safety equipment at Rose Court, a campus building in South London which is undergoing a major refurbishment.

The building has not been significantly upgraded since 1989 and is badly in need of modernisation. The works include removing the existing cladding and installing new glazed façade with decorative finials; a new nine-storey extension will provide cycle storage on the lower levels and additional meeting rooms and workspaces above; and at roof level a new two-storey roof extension will create an additional 39,000 square feet of meeting and conference facilities.

PTSG Access and Safety Ltd will install the façade and roof access systems at the refurbished building. When PTSG began trading in 2007, access and safety projects such as this formed the majority of the Group’s work – and its highly skilled engineers continue to lead the industry in installations as well as testing and maintenance contracts for customers in a wide variety of industry sectors.
