Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to be granted continued certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements; and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard designed to prevent work-related injury and ill-health and to provide safe and healthy workplaces.

The official certification body, Intertek, ruled that PTSG’s management system was deemed to be performing effectively and the Group has demonstrated on numerous occasions their willingness to adapt quickly to changing situations within the workplace, business environment and to requirements demanded of them by higher authorities such as the government and Public Health England during the COVID-19 pandemic.

PTSG now has well over 130 individual accreditations. This is testament not only to the quality of its work but also to the variety. Within the Group’s four divisions, a vast amount of safety critical work is carried out in the fields of access and safety, electrical services, high-level cleaning and remedial work and fire and security solutions.
