Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has completed an upgrade to fire protection systems at Coventry’s Belgrade Plaza development.
Specialist engineers from PTSG’s Fire Solutions division supplied and fitted sprinkler systems to new 602-bed student accommodation located at the development. The team also installed new dry and wet riser systems, which supply the building with water in the event of a fire.
Belgrade Plaza is a popular mixed-use destination located in Coventry’s city centre. As well as student accommodation, the site boasts an award-winning carpark, a 120-bedroom Premier Inn, Bella Italia and Pizza Express restaurants and 64 fully let residential apartments.
PTSG’s comprehensive fire solutions provision comprises of the installation and maintenance of wet risers, dry risers and sprinkler systems, emergency lightning and fire extinguisher services.
