Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has won a three-year contract through CBRE to provide a variety of specialist services at Hallam University.

Engineers will be delivering services from across the Group’s divisions, including fall arrest and electrical testing. These works are in addition to a contract to test and maintain the lightning protection system in place at the campus with the opportunity to upgrade some of the systems on older Unite buildings currently under redevelopment.

It’s becoming an increasingly common scenario whereby PTSG is contracted to deliver a single specialist service and is subsequently called upon to provide different services, which often add up to a complete solution. It’s why PTSG is gaining a greater share of the different markets in which it operates.

PTSG and CBRE are long-standing partners, having worked successfully together on numerous projects over the last few years. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services provider and is currently ranked 146th on the Fortune 500.
