Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is engaged in project at Woolwich Central to deliver high-level cleaning services.
Woolwich Central is the biggest Tesco development ever built. The £250m scheme features an 84,000-square-foot Tesco store, Europe’s largest, with a 259-home community above that. As a key piece in the jigsaw for Woolwich’s regeneration, the goal of the development was to bring new jobs and a new, mixed community to the town centre.
The scheme includes two levels of car parking, a basement energy centre, and above that the store, plus six residential blocks of varying heights rising up to 17 storeys. The project also included £3million of infrastructure and community improvements.
Engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialist Ltd are currently involved in a project to clean the windows of the development. This is done on a bi-annual basis, as per the contract. PTSG’s specialist use rope access techniques – which is generally understood to be both the safest and most efficient way to access all areas of a building’s façade.
