PTSG completes high-level project at Hampstead Manor

Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a project at the prestigious Hampstead Manor, where its operatives provided a bundle of specialist high-level services.

Built in 1843, the manor – then called Kidderpore Hall – was the home of the powerful merchant John Teil, an East India trader with vast tanneries in the Kidderpore district of Calcutta. The perfectionist Teil insisted that his house embodied the supremely graceful and restrained architectural style of the Greek Revival movement.

In 1890, Kidderpore Hall was acquired by Miss Constance Maynard and Ann Dudin Brown for Westfield College, a respected educational establishment for women with a special interest in botany. From 1989, the campus was home to students of King’s College London until Mount Anvil acquired the site and its five Grade II listed buildings in 2016.

The chapel at the Hampstead estate, which dates back to 1928, is the subject of a stunning restoration project. It now boasts a range of amenities including a 24-hour concierge service, underground parking, communal gardens and a leisure complex with pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

Operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd have performed a full clean of the windows using a range of techniques including abseiling and reach and wash poles. They have also completed external decorating works at the converted mansion.

PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd offers a comprehensive portfolio of high-level services to maintain the exterior of buildings, ensuring they are structurally sound, decorated to a first-class standard and clean all year round. Its operatives are at-height experts, with abseiling routinely used to gain access to all areas of a building quickly, easily and above all, safely.
