Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a new contract to deliver specialist water treatment services for Greensquare Accord.
Greensquare Accord’s mission is to ‘build better lives and provide social housing and support services to 54,000 people’. Their portfolio consists of no fewer than 25,000 homes, 100+ care homes and support schemes plus 4,000 colleagues.
It was formed in April 2021 from the merger of Accord Housing Association, in the West Midlands, and GreenSquare Group, in the South West. Both housing associations have a history of providing affordable homes and support services for people in need.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Water Treatment Ltd will deliver Periodic Inspection, Testing, Monitoring & Risk Assessments for Legionella Bacteria (L8) in Residential Hot & Cold Water Systems.
PTSG Water Treatment Ltd is one of PTSG’s five independent business divisions. The other four are PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd and PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd.
