Welcome to the latest issue of Inside PTSG – your monthly update on the developments at Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG).
This month, I am delighted to announce the acquisition of UK Sprinklers Ltd. (UKS) – specialists in the installation, maintenance and testing of sprinkler systems. This acquisition adds a new service line to our fire service offering, and is an excellent accompaniment to our existing wet and dry riser installation and maintenance service.
We relish this opportunity to introduce our high-quality niche specialist services to even more customers, and look forward to fully integrating the UKS team into our own.
