The PTSG group of companies grew once again this month with the acquisition of Guardian Electrical Compliance, a market leading electrical compliance and testing company based in Sheffield.
This move substantially enhances our leading position in Electrical Services, particularly with regards to compliance-related services that now stand at record levels.
I am delighted to welcome the Guardian team to the Group and look forward to the benefits this acquisition is sure to bring to both PTSG and Guardian.
At the beginning of October we were delighted to see many of our clients and suppliers at this year’s BIFM Awards ceremony, which is always a great opportunity to catch up and celebrate the best in FM.
We had a particular reason to celebrate this year after being awarded the top prize in the Innovation in Professional Development category for our work to build and support a highly skilled workforce through significant investments in training and development.
In other award news, we have recently been shortlisted for a Variety Yorkshire Business Award in the SME of the Year category. This is one of the region’s top business awards and so it is an honour to have been nominated.
