A very happy new year to you all and welcome to the first Inside PTSG of 2019 – bringing you some of the recent news and updates from around our business.

2018 saw another solid 12 months for PTSG and we reflect on the year in the Insight section of this newsletter. Thank you to you all of our customers, supply chain partners and our people for your support as we approach our 13th year in business.

We are pleased with the ongoing performance of all four of our divisions – Access and Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access Specialists and Fire Solutions – all of which continue to go from strength to strength.

As you can see from our Group News, all four divisions have been very busy with new and repeat contracts. Integral Cradles, our team in London and the south, rightly received publicity for its recent award-winning work to design and install two huge building maintenance units at The Scalpel in London. Equally high-quality, but perhaps less high-profile work, is performed by our operatives all over the UK and credit must go to the entire team. In many ways, they are the industry’s unsung heroes – they go about their work quietly and conscientiously but without them, buildings and national infrastructure of all kinds simply couldn’t function.

Finally, I am delighted to receive news that the Group has made the shortlist for the CN Specialist Awards in the FM Specialist of the Year category – a great achievement in a very competitive field.

Thank you to our customers for entrusting us with your work and for recognising that our team continues to uphold the high standards of workmanship and safety which, we know, are integral to your success. As ever, if you have any feedback on any related matters, we would be very interested to hear from you. In the meantime, I wish you a very happy, healthy and successful new year.
