I would like to start by mentioning the agreement between PTSG and Macquarie for the acquisition of the Group at an enterprise value of £300m.
The financial strength of the new owners has the potential to unlock further growth for the Group, delivered through our unique operating model. We look forward to even greater things from now. There is full disclosure of the transaction on our website.
This last month has seen a number of new multiple-service contracts signed with some major brands and tier 1 contractors. This shows that our bundled service provision goes from strength to strength and continues to deliver outstanding value for money for our customers, as well as saving them the time of finding numerous providers.
This month’s Insight is about the many accreditations PTSG has achieved in the different areas of its business. Most recently, as reported in the Group News section of our website, our Fire Solutions division was awarded ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. This brings the total number of accreditations to well over 130 for the Group.
