Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Inside PTSG. I hope you and your families are continuing to stay well.

Once again, we all find ourselves having to adapt to lockdown measures. Not the start to the year we were all hoping for but now that the vaccine has begun to be administered, we can at last hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel regarding COVID-19.

For PTSG, we remain active in all areas. Our four business divisions are functioning at a high capacity, delivering specialist services independently for our clients but also combining to deliver complete solutions. You can read more about this in Our Bundled Services.

Compliance continues to be a significant area of business for us. The importance of compliance in all aspects of facilities management, for organisations in all industries, cannot be overstated. Legislation is regularly reviewed to keep buildings and their users safe at all times. In this month’s Insight we look at electrical compliance in the challenging environment of hospitals.

This month’s Project is a case study on one aspect that is highly sought-after within our Building Access Specialists division – glazing replacement. Customers often come to us with an urgent request and we pride ourselves on being able to mobilise our specialists to attend the site extremely quickly, wherever it happens to be.
