PTSG’s new Centre of Excellence in Manchester continues to attract considerable interest from across the facilities management and building compliance sectors, with a senior delegation from Amey Complex Facilities becoming the latest visitors to experience the Group’s impressive new training and demonstration facilities.
Hosted by Shaun Caddick, Sales Director, and Phil Brown, Chief Information Officer, the visit provided an opportunity to showcase the breadth of PTSG’s capabilities, its technical expertise and the investment being made in developing the skills of its people.
The Amey delegation included David O’Shaughnessy, Engineering Director; Davun Burton, Deputy Chief Engineer; Andrew Scott, representing Water and Air Management; Lloyd Dixon, representing Asbestos Safety; and David Todd, representing Fire.
At the heart of the visit was a tour of the Centre’s purpose-built facilities, including its practical, hands-on training and demonstration areas representing all five of PTSG’s specialist divisions: Access & Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access Specialists, Fire Solutions and Water Treatment.
These facilities bring PTSG’s extensive service offering to life, giving visitors a closer understanding of the specialist disciplines, technical capabilities and practical expertise that underpin the Group’s work across the built environment.
More importantly, they demonstrate how PTSG’s divisions can work together to provide customers with a coordinated approach to building compliance, combining specialist knowledge with the scale and resources of a national organisation.
Since opening in July, the Centre of Excellence has become an increasingly important destination for customers, partners and industry professionals seeking to understand more about PTSG and the services it delivers.
For PTSG, the Centre represents much more than a training facility. It is a showcase for the Group’s capabilities, a focal point for technical excellence and a tangible demonstration of its commitment to investing in people, innovation and customer relationships.
And with interest continuing to grow, Manchester is fast becoming the place to see PTSG at its very best.
