Seven new PTSG Fire Solutions apprentices are getting to work this week after completing their induction at PTSG’s Centre of Excellence.
The new Trinity Fire & Security Systems apprentices spent last week learning about the business, developing essential skills and meeting the teams who will support them. Now, they are putting that learning into practice as they begin their careers across the business.
Earlier this year, PTSG launched its biggest apprenticeship recruitment drive to date, with plans to recruit up to 150 apprentices over the next three years and build a strong pipeline of talent across the Group.
The apprentice induction brought together colleagues from Recruitment, Learning & Development, IT, Health & Safety, Communications and Fire Solutions, reflecting that Group-wide commitment to developing the next generation.
