When you are responsible for fire safety, you need confidence at every stage, from initial survey and inspection through to remediation and the installation of fully compliant doorsets.
That is why we have invested £650,000 in advanced manufacturing equipment at Integrated Doorsets, just weeks after acquiring the business as part of IDSL Group Holdings Ltd.
A new Homag CNC machining centre and Weinig eight-head moulder have been installed at the company’s manufacturing facility in Mansfield. The CNC centre machines door frames for ironmongery components with greater accuracy and consistency. The moulder processes raw timber into the specialist joinery profiles used in doorset production, increasing capacity while strengthening quality control.
PTSG acquired IDSL Group Holdings in August 2026, bringing Integrated Doorsets, Fire Door Inspection Solutions, Hartland Fire and Fire Doors Rite into the Group. The acquisition established PTSG as the UK’s largest passive fire business, combining specialist inspection, testing, certification and remediation expertise with in-house manufacturing capability for the first time.
