Two PTSG colleagues are among the women being recognised for their impact on the fire safety industry at the Women in Fire Safety Awards 2026.
Samantha Wootten, Divisional Bids and Mobilisation Manager at Trinity Fire & Security, is shortlisted for the Rising Star Award while Tracy Gregory, General Manager of PTSG’s Fire Consultancy, is a finalist for Woman of the Year. Both were nominated by colleagues. And both have made their mark in very different ways.
In under four years, Samantha has progressed through several roles and now supports six businesses across PTSG Fire Solutions. She has helped secure and mobilise major contracts, while bringing bid, commercial and operational teams together to work more collaboratively.
Tracy brings 34 years of fire safety experience to PTSG. She recently led the development and national launch of the Group’s independent fire risk assessment service, building a specialist assessor team and creating a robust, evidence-led approach for customers.
That work has earned a second piece of national recognition, with PTSG also shortlisted for Risk Assessment Initiative of the Year at the IOSH Awards 2026.
Congratulations to Samantha and Tracy on this well-deserved recognition.
The Women in Fire Safety Awards take place on Thursday 15 October 2026 at the Mercure London Earl’s Court Hotel.
