We have completed the sale of the installations element of UK Sprinklers to some members of its original management team.
PTSG acquired the business in September 2017.
For PTSG, it allows us to sharpen our focus on Testing, Inspection and Compliance (TIC) activity, where we see significant opportunities to build scale, deepen customer relationships and deliver sustainable growth.
