Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is to continue its record of gruelling sporting events in 2019 with participation in the London to Brighton Off-Road Bike Ride.
A team of five electrical estimators from the Group’s southern lightning protection office will take to their mountain bikes on 21st September for the exhilarating 75-mile track over varied terrain. It’s a challenging route, which begins in Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames and finishes at Hove Lawns, Brighton, with the final straight offering fabulous sea views.
PTSG entered the same course last year, when inclement weather and a lack of training made for a tough ride. Better preparation will hopefully pave the way for a smoother ride in 2019. All money raised will go to the British Heart Foundation.
Anther of PTSG’s keen cyclists completed the ultra-endurance Mallorca 312 earlier this month. This stunning but daunting event took Richard Castle-Smith – Head of Fire Suppression at Trinity Fire & Security Systems – around the island of Mallorca in a sunrise-to-sunset event, raising over £4,500 in the process.
