PTSG is strengthening its mergers, acquisitions and integration capabilities with the appointment of two experienced corporate finance professionals, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to disciplined growth and the successful integration of new businesses.
Harris Jones joins PTSG as M&A Senior Manager on Monday 26 October 2026, followed by, who takes up the position of M&A Manager on Monday 02 November 2026.
The appointments represent a further investment in the specialist expertise supporting PTSG’s long-term development, from identifying and completing acquisitions to ensuring that newly acquired businesses realise their full potential as part of the Group.
Harris brings more than eight years’ experience in corporate finance and strategic advisory roles, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, transaction management and business valuations. He joins from Armstrong Watson, where he has worked as Corporate Finance M&A Manager. His previous experience includes roles with RSK Group, AAB Group and Sedulo, advising on transactions across a broad range of sectors. He also lectures in finance at Leeds Business School.
Sienna joins from Castle Square Corporate Finance, having previously worked with international investment bank DC Advisory. She brings experience of UK and cross-border transactions, financial modelling, due diligence and deal execution, having supported significant acquisitions and disposals across healthcare, logistics, financial services and infrastructure.
Both will play important roles in supporting PTSG’s acquisition strategy, working closely with the Group’s leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities, manage transactions and support the integration of businesses joining PTSG.
Paul Teasdale, Executive Chairman of PTSG, said: “Acquisitions have played a defining role in PTSG’s development, allowing us to build the breadth, depth and specialist expertise that distinguish our business today. But successful M&A is about much more than completing transactions. It requires sound judgement, commercial discipline and a clear understanding of how each acquisition strengthens the Group and the services we provide to customers. Harris and Sienna bring valuable experience and capability to our team. Their appointments reflect our continued commitment to pursuing the right opportunities, for the right reasons, and building a stronger business for the long term.”
An equally important priority is what happens after an acquisition is completed. PTSG’s integration approach is designed to bring businesses together effectively, support incoming colleagues and management teams, share expertise and ensure that the benefits of joining the Group are realised across customers, operations and the wider organisation.
Greg Ward, Chief Executive Officer of PTSG, added: “Completing an acquisition is an important milestone, but it is only the beginning. The real opportunity comes from what we achieve together afterwards. Every business that joins PTSG brings its own people, experience, capabilities and strengths. Our responsibility is to build on those qualities, make integration as straightforward as possible and create an environment in which colleagues and businesses can thrive. These appointments will help us bring greater structure, consistency and pace to that process, ensuring we turn the strategic ambition behind every acquisition into meaningful, lasting value.”
Harris and Sienna will work across the Group, collaborating with divisional leadership teams and colleagues in Finance, HR, IT, Operations and other central functions.
Their appointments underline a simple principle at the heart of PTSG’s growth strategy: acquiring great businesses creates opportunity. Bringing them together successfully creates lasting value.
