Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), the UK’s leading provider of niche specialist compliance services, has appointed Tony Lloyd as Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening its senior leadership team as the Group enters the next phase of its growth.
Tony joins PTSG following an international career spanning more than 30 years across the facilities management, business services, construction and manufacturing sectors. He has an outstanding track record of supporting high-growth organisations, leading business transformation, delivering strategic acquisitions and creating long-term value.
Most recently, Tony served as Chief Financial Officer of CPL Aromas, where he helped drive significant growth across operations in 19 countries. Prior to that, he was CFO of Transguard Group in Dubai, playing a key role in the company’s rapid expansion into one of the Middle East’s leading business services providers.

Greg also thanked John Irvine, who joined PTSG three years ago to lead the transformation of PTSG’s finance function. John now leaves the business to pursue a new opportunity and does so with the Group’s sincere thanks for his contribution, commitment and the important role he has played in helping shape PTSG over the last three years.
Tony officially joins PTSG on 30 July 2026.
