Hello and welcome to the twelfth issue of Inside PTSG.
I’m delighted to announce that PTSG had a successful evening at this year’s PFM awards, walking away with two trophies, winning in the categories Partners in Retail and Partners in Expert Services – Single Site. I would like to thank our partners M&S and SES Engineering Services for their collaboration, and for helping us to deliver these projects to the same high standard that our customer base of over 12,000 organisations has grown accustomed to.
In October, I and several other members of the PTSG team attended the BIFM awards, which is always a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the achievements within our industry. It was a pleasure to see some of our partners in FM recognised for their good work, and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the night’s award winners.
Also in attendance at this month’s award ceremonies was a very special guest: PTSG’s MOUSE (or 2,500 PTSG mice to be precise!). Our mascot has been helping to spread the message about our outstanding customer service to all in attendance, and, as you can see from this month’s latest news round-up, has even made some celebrity acquaintances.
