Hello and welcome to the March edition of Inside PTSG, which covers all the latest news and updates from across our four dedicated divisions.

We approach the second quarter of 2018 with great forward momentum having already delivered a large number of projects for satisfied clients nationwide. As ever, our focus has been on delivering safely and well, providing the memorable, outstanding, unique service experience which has defined our business for over 11 years. Our project teams are working extremely hard to service the largest number of customers in our history and we appreciate the fantastic feedback we have been receiving in the early part of 2018.

While recent months have seen the construction and FM sectors experience a period of turbulence and uncertainty, with a focus on disputes and instability for some major contractors, PTSG is flourishing and continues to perform robustly. We pride ourselves on a forward-thinking approach which has seen us doing things differently in the sectors we operate and our customers continue to reap the benefits of our thought provoking strategy. I believe our people are our most important asset, and their commitment to collaborative working and delivering above and beyond expectation is the reason we have enjoyed our success and will continue to do so in the years to come.

February was another exciting month across the business and we shared news of a number of contract wins and project completions, including a unique project at the Haymarket Theatre in Leicester, where our specialist team have worked to remove the theatre’s roof to install a new lightning protection system. Details of this and many other schemes can be found as always in the news section of our website.

The weather in February and March so far has presented a number of operational and logistical challenges. Whilst we implemented our winter driving policy in the late autumn/early winter, it was important to make sure that our technicians – who spend so much time on the road – were safe from harm and we are pleased to report that everyone in our business arrived home safely, every day during the inclement weather. I would like to thank our team and our customers for their patience and support.

If you have any suggestions for what you’d like to see in the next edition of Inside PTSG, we’d love to hear from you. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this latest edition.

Best wishes
