Neo Property Solutions Ltd and latterly Indepth give PTSG a comprehensive portfolio of passive fire services for customers in a wide range of industry sectors.
UK Dry Risers, based in Middleton on the outskirts of Manchester, joined the Group in 2016. It is the nation’s leading independent specialist installer of dry risers.

Its teams deliver standard and bespoke-designed dry riser systems for customers in a wide variety of sectors, which can be arranged through its head office: Alma House, Grimshaw Lane, Middleton.
Sister companies UK Dry Risers (Maintenance) and UK Sprinklers are based at the same head office, who can provide ongoing maintenance for UK Dry Riser installations, and installation of wet riser and fire sprinkler systems. Together, they can provide a comprehensive fire suppression solution.
