Welcome to Inside PTSG.

Innovation is something we strive for in all projects, with the aim of adding value for our clients, in some cases beyond the original scope of the brief. I am very pleased to announce that our Water Treatment division has been shortlisted in the ASCP Awards for the innovative solution delivered for Change Grow Live.

The ASCP Safety & Compliance Awards recognise the achievements of inspirational individuals and organisations working within social housing and facilities management sectors.

Total Environmental Compliance (TEC), which forms an integral part of PTSG Water Treatment Ltd, overcame the challenge of monitoring numerous sites throughout the UK by installing remote monitoring equipment at each of the client’s sites. This allowed TEC’s engineers to take temperatures more often, giving them a far more accurate take on how each asset is performing and enabling them to make effective recommendations based upon these results. The resulting savings have been significant.

This month’s Project summarises work completed recently for Virgin Atlantic at Heathrow Airport by our Fire Solutions engineers. They were tasked with replacing the foam in the foam cannons within the Heathrow hangar, thereby delivering a vital fire suppression solution with the potential to protect lives and livelihoods.

Insight examines some of the specialist cleaning techniques employed by our Building Access Specialists to keep clients’ buildings in first-class order. There’s also the usual snapshot of news form throughout the Group.
