PTSG’s in-house recruitment team has been named a finalist in four categories at the In-house Recruitment Awards 2026, less than a year after the team celebrated its first birthday.
The team, led by Recruitment Manager Oli Smith, has been shortlisted for Recruitment Team of the Year (Medium), High-Growth Hiring Strategy and Newcomer (Team). Oli has also been shortlisted individually for In-house Recruitment Leader of the Year.
Winners will be revealed at the IHR Awards ceremony on Wednesday 25th November at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London.
The recognition comes just months after the team marked its first anniversary. In its debut year, the team hired more than 800 people across the PTSG Group, cut agency spend and reduced turnover among the direct workforce, all while building a function from scratch to cover every division of the business.
Oli Smith said: “To be shortlisted across four categories in our second year means a great deal. It reflects the work the whole team has put in, not just to hit numbers but to build something that genuinely works for the business and for candidates.”
The team has also been building its presence where candidates already spend their time. Alongside its established TikTok and Instagram channels, PTSG has now launched a dedicated Facebook Jobs page, giving the team another route to showcase roles and life at PTSG to a wider audience.
