PTSG has launched a nationwide recruitment campaign to identify and develop the next generation of engineering and technical talent.
The specialist compliance group plans to recruit up to 50 apprentices every year across its UK operations, creating one of the largest apprenticeship programmes in the FM and built environment sectors. Within three years, the business expects to have around 150 apprentices progressing through structured development programmes across multiple disciplines.
The initiative builds on PTSG’s long-standing commitment to apprenticeships and technical training, which has already produced numerous award-winning success stories. However, this marks the most ambitious investment in talent development in the Group’s history.
Supported by the newly established PTSG Centre of Excellence (launching in July) and enhanced learning and development capabilities, the programme is designed to equip young people with the skills, qualifications and practical experience needed to succeed in modern engineering, compliance and specialist services careers.
Greg Ward, CEO of PTSG (and once an apprentice himself), said: “The future of our industry depends on the people we invest in today. We are looking for ambitious, curious and hardworking individuals who want to learn, develop and build something special. Whether they become technicians, engineers, managers or future business leaders, we want PTSG to be the place where that journey begins.”
PTSG is now encouraging schools, colleges, parents, careers advisers, customers, colleagues and community organisations to help identify candidates for the Class of 2026.
The search for tomorrow’s talent starts now.
