Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a new residential development in Crayford, London.
London Square Group is the developer behind a major 559-home development on a former industrial site on Maxim Road in Crayford, South-East London. The project has a development value of around £180 million.
Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of BeThe scheme will include a total of 559 new homes, comprising homes for private sale, shared ownership, and social rent. The project will transform the brownfield site, create a new riverside walk along the River Cray, and provide new walking and cycling routes.
In this contract, PTSG’s Lightning Protection Installations Division will install a brand-new lightning protection system to provide a high level of protection to the site and its users.
