Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via constituent companies Neo and Trinity, have been jointly contracted to deliver specialist Fire Solutions for a large social housing provider in the north-west.
ForHousing owns 19,000 homes across the north-west. Its aim is to positively impact the lives of social housing tenants and deliver on what matters to them and their communities. ForHousing provides affordable, quality and well-maintained homes where tenants feel safe and secure.
This contract exemplifies the way in which two or more parts of PTSG’s large, and growing, group of specialist companies are able to collaborate to deliver a solution that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.
In this contract, engineers from Neo and Trinity will work together to deliver fire risk assessments and remedial work to passive and active fire protection assets. Fire risk assessments (FRAs) allow PTSG’s engineers to provide the foundational assessments which provide customers with the base document from which all elements of the legislative requirements of fire can be addressed. With the backing of PTSG’s resources and reputation for quality, this means customers benefit from a level of expertise and support that standalone assessment providers simply cannot match.
