Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of a full structural lightning protection system at Whitehall Riverside, a major new development in the centre of Leeds.
The £140 million scheme, designed by architects Sheppard Robson, forms part of the wider South Bank regeneration programme—one of the largest city-centre transformation initiatives in Europe. Once complete, Whitehall Riverside will deliver high-quality build-to-rent homes alongside new public spaces, enhancing the city’s riverside environment and supporting continued growth in Leeds’ urban core.
PTSG’s Lightning Protection Installation specialists from the north-west and north-east regions delivered the project, working collaboratively with the client team throughout. The installation ensures the development is protected to the highest safety standards, safeguarding both residents and assets from the risks posed by lightning strikes.
Richard Brown, who led on-site management for PTSG, was praised for his proactive coordination and commitment to maintaining high-quality delivery on what was a complex scheme.
