Commercial kitchen compliance specialist Indepth Services is setting its sights on 20% growth in 2026, underpinned by a strategic expansion into the North of England.

Part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), Indepth Services has built a strong reputation in London and the South for its expertise in fire damper inspection, maintenance and kitchen deep cleaning. Now, the company is taking a regionalised approach to growth, extending its coverage across the UK to meet rising compliance demand in the facilities management (FM) sector.

The company’s fire damper inspection and maintenance service line is expanding beyond its traditional London base, with two business development managers leading activity in the North and South respectively. The move positions Indepth to capture a larger share of a growing compliance market, where fire safety regulations and remedial requirements continue to evolve.

Alongside this geographical expansion, Indepth is also forseeing major potential within its commercial kitchen hygiene division as regulatory scrutiny intensifys and FM providers seek reliable, audit-ready partners.

“Our growth strategy is built on depth of service and quality of delivery,” explains Gavin Richards, Sales and Technical Director at Indepth Services. “By investing in regional expansion, multi-skilled teams and smarter systems, we’re strengthening our ability to deliver compliance with consistency, responsiveness and real value to clients across the UK. It’s about building a business that can scale without losing our specialist edge.”

Gavin continued: “We’re building resilience through multi-skilled teams. Rather than simply increasing headcount, we’re focusing on cross-training our business development managers to create a more flexible, resilient team. Helping ensure consistent service delivery and the ability to respond to client needs.”

To complement this strategy, Indepth is introducing new quotation software in 2026 designed to improve document presentation and streamline workflow.

While a cornerstone of Indepth’s 2026 plans is closer alignment with other PTSG companies to provide integrated solutions across fire, electrical, and specialist services including the group’s latest addition System Hygienics.

This structured approach reflects a wider trend in the FM industry: the rise of integrated, multi-discipline service providers capable of managing complex compliance requirements across portfolios.
