Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is delighted to announce the acquisition of System Hygienics Holdings Limited, including its trading subsidiary System Hygienics Limited, a market-leading provider of ventilation, air quality and fire safety compliance services.
Headquartered in Polegate, Sussex, with a second office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, System Hygienics employs 93 highly skilled professionals, including 62 engineers and operatives operating nationwide. The company delivers a comprehensive suite of services – including ventilation and extract cleaning, fire damper testing, air quality assessments and associated remedial works – to ensure customers’ full compliance with legislative, insurance and fire safety standards.
Founded in 1993, System Hygienics has built a first-class reputation across multiple sectors including construction, facilities management, healthcare, education, hospitality and transportation. The company’s success is underpinned by a high proportion of recurring maintenance contracts, providing strong revenue visibility and long-term customer relationships.
System Hygienics’ current management team, led by Phil Tetlow and Shirley Finotti, will continue to run the business day-to-day, working closely with PTSG’s senior management team to ensure a seamless transition and to support the company’s continued growth.
This acquisition further strengthens PTSG’s Fire Solutions division, complementing the capabilities of InDepth Services, another PTSG acquisition. Together, these businesses significantly enhance PTSG’s national coverage and technical capacity in ventilation hygiene and fire damper testing – areas of growing importance for customers across the UK.
