Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Soar as Group Director of Installations, further strengthening the leadership of a division that delivers critical safety and engineering services nationwide. Lee will take up the role on Monday 22 September 2025.
Lee joined PTSG earlier this year in a special projects capacity and brings more than two decades of international experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects, profit-and-loss management and large-scale infrastructure delivery. Starting his career as an apprentice electrician in Nottingham, he has progressed through senior positions in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, combining hands-on technical knowledge with strategic oversight.
Most recently, Lee served as Projects Director at Pentagon Technical Services, contracted to Vantage Data Centres, where he held full P&L responsibility for a £150 million programme spanning multiple UK and European sites. His earlier career includes senior management roles with Transguard, Plafond Fit Out & MEP, Haydon MEP and James L Williams Middle East, leading major commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments and directing teams of up to 1,000 people.
Lee’s leadership philosophy centres on trust, collaboration and empowerment. He is known for fostering environments where teams are encouraged to share ideas, challenge decisions and achieve operational excellence.
PTSG’s Installations division provides a comprehensive range of safety-critical systems and specialist access solutions for buildings across the UK, including lightning protection, advanced electrical installations and fire solutions.
