Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Mitchell as Managing Director of its Electrical Services division.
Mark brings more than two decades of experience in facilities management and technical services. He joins from Mitie, where he most recently served as Operations Director, leading a number of business units. Throughout his career, Mark has been recognised for delivering transformational growth, driving operational excellence and instilling positive cultural change. He has also overseen major compliance portfolios and led large teams in delivering critical services for blue-chip clients across the UK.
PTSG Electrical Services is one of the Group’s biggest divisions, providing nationwide electrical compliance, testing and maintenance services. Our work ensures that thousands of buildings remain safe operational, and compliant with statutory standards – protecting lives and enabling our customers to focus on their core business. It is also home to the UK’s largest lightning protection business.
In his new role, Mark will:
- Lead the development and implementation of divisional strategy
- Ensure strong financial performance and sustainable growth
- Oversee compliance, service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support the professional development of our teams
- Build trusted partnerships with customers, regulators and stakeholders
- Embed a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
