Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services at a new commercial development in Central London for which Wates Construction is the main contractor and Orms is the architect.
Wells House, situated in London’s Oxford Street, consists of a new nine-storey building that will provide retail space at basement, ground and first-floor level, as well as office accommodation on the floors above. The office accommodation will benefit from amenities such as a cycle centre and shower facility in the basement. There will be a top-floor landscaped terrace with an envious view across central London.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will be installing fall arrest systems and equipment to facilitate safe access to the roof for maintenance operatives to carry out work for the upkeep of the building.
