Two of the UK’s most respected water treatment specialists are joining forces. From 1st January 2026, Total Environmental Compliance (TEC) and HCS Water Treatment will unite under a single brand: PTSG Water Treatment.
Greg Ward, CEO of Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) explained: “By combining our two water businesses, we are creating something greater than the sum of its parts. The unified business will manage over 25,000 sites nationwide, serving 170+ customers across all sectors.

Leadership and continuity
A new Managing Director for the PTSG Water Treatment division will be announced in the coming weeks. The current leadership team includes:

- Michael Pender – Director of Sales
