This month we catch up with Jacque Hogan, Administrator and Receptionist at Group head office. Jacque is the first person you meet if you visit or call our head office. It is her job to know everyone in the business, which is becoming an increasingly demanding task! Jacque moves calls around the business with great expertise, like a world-leading orchestra conductor. If you need to find someone in the business, Jacque is our frontline member of the team who can help – she is the oracle of PTSG.
I wear many hats here at head office: I am Operations Administrator for the Falls Arrest Installs Team as well as second-tier Receptionist. Both roles challenge my skills daily, from answering 400+ calls to preparing O&M Manuals. I also assist in the formatting/collating of the board packs in readiness for their monthly meetings. I joined PTSG in January 2016 from the NHS.
Away from work, I have three young grandchildren who keep me busy. I enjoy my holidays, playing golf with my husband and World of Warcraft which is a gaming platform from which I have made many friends over the years.
