Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Sarah Wood as Director of Customer Success, effective from 01 June 2025.
In her new role, Sarah will lead both the Renewals and Key Accounts teams, working in close partnership with colleagues across the Group to strengthen and deepen PTSG’s customer relationships. She will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Group’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, ensuring a continued focus on service excellence and customer continuity during periods of growth and integration.
Sarah will additionally take charge of developing and implementing PTSG’s customer service standards strategy, with oversight of future initiatives relating to corporate customer service and contact centre operations. A key area of focus will be re-engaging with previously inactive or disengaged clients, helping to reconnect them with the full value of PTSG’s integrated service offering.
With more than 15 years of experience at PTSG, Sarah has been instrumental in shaping the Group’s customer retention strategy from its early days. She was a founding member of what became the Group Renewals function – an initiative that began as a pilot and has since grown to become a core part of the Group’s long-term commercial success.
