Recently, one of the Electrical Services engineers from Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) received some glowing feedback for his ability to sign to the people on the site where he was working.
Tee Pratheepan, a Portable Appliance Testing Engineer at Guardian, part of PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, was visiting a ward that supports the deaf community. Upon arrival, Tee immediately used sign language to explain the reason for his visit — ensuring clear communication and accessibility from the start. Even after learning that the staff member he was speaking with could hear, Tee continued to sign so that everyone present could be included.
