Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via constituent company Neo, has been contracted to provide specialist passive fire services for Platform Housing Group.

In an occupied residential environment, Neo’s engineers are experienced in providing sensitive resident engagement and careful planning to minimise disruption to tenants. Works are planned and carried out in line with safeguarding protocols, with additional focus on supporting vulnerable residents.
Neo’s team utilises a range of skills including:
- Accredited technical installation competence (FIRAS/BM Trada) to ensure composite fire doors are installed to tested detail and evidenced as compliant.
- Resident engagement and communication to build trust, manage appointments, and support residents through the works.
- Health, safety, and safeguarding awareness to ensure works were delivered safely in occupied homes, particularly where vulnerable tenants were involved.
